Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions is a contract between FSA and our member schools. All member schools must agree to our terms in order to browse the FSA site, make membership and event payments, purchases, or use any associated services.

Accuracy of Information on the FSA Website

The FSA Executive Committee is essentially a team of volunteers. We do our best to ensure that information on the FSA Site is complete, accurate and current. Despite our best efforts, however, information on the FSA Site may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. All resources, descriptions, events, and prices of membership, events and specialty products on the FSA Site are subject to change at any time without notice. We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of resources and any products that we may offer occasionally, including the applicable colours. However, the actual colour you see will depend on your computer screen, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colours. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information, content or materials provided through the FSA site.
The inclusion of any formation experience, resource or service on the FSA Site at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these experiences, resources or services will be available at any time. We reserve the right to cancel or discontinue any experience, resource or service at any time.

Terms of Transactions

FSA is a non-for-profit association. It will offer charism and formation support, resources and networking opportunities. A small number of these services cost a nominal fee and will always be clearly identified. By registering for membership or an event member schools agree that the information they provide is accurate and true. FSA does have the right to accept, modify or decline membership or event registration. Any profits from FSA sponsored events will be used in our organization’s work. FSA will not distribute profits to members for any reason.

Payment Terms

FSA allows schools and individuals to pay for membership and events by Direct Deposit, Visa and Mastercard.

If applicable, you agree to pay all fees or charges to your membership, event registration, or account based on FSA’s fees, charges, and billing terms in effect as shown on the appropriate registration page. If you do not pay on time or if FSA cannot charge your credit card, or other payment method for any reason, FSA reserves the right to either suspend or terminate your membership and terminate these Terms. You are expressly agreeing that FSA is permitted to bill you for the applicable fees, any applicable tax and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of this Site and the fees will be billed to your credit card, or other payment method designated on your initial registration with this Site, and thereafter at regular intervals for the remainder of the term of these Terms.
